In-stock items ship within 5 business days. Most made-to-order items ship in 4-6 weeks.
Most orders ship via Fedex Ground with insurance; please inquire about international rates. In case of damage during shipping, contact us immediately so we can submit a claim, and either replace the item or issue a refund.
Please understand that everything on our site is handmade and slight variations occur among dishes in the same style. We cannot accept returns.
Your tableware may develop a patina over time—we think this adds to the beauty of the handmade pieces, but understand it may bother you—if it does, gently scrubbing with Bar Keeper’s friend should remove all cutlery marks.
In an attempt to reduce waste, we use recycled and reclaimed packing materials as much as possible.
